Paste rows from your spreadsheet (e.g. Component Description Quantity).

Parser rules:

Works with tab or comma separated data (Excel / Sheets copy-paste).
If the last column is a whole number, it is treated as the quantity.
If the first column is a whole number, that becomes quantity instead.
The remaining text is split into Component (first piece) and Description (rest).
