Instructions
Load Files
Click Load StudentList.csv to upload your student list spreadsheet. This must include the full subject codes in Column F.
Click Load Comments.docx to upload the Word comment bank file containing the #EOY headings and comment sets.
Subjects & Classes (Left Panel)
- Search for a subject code using the search box.
- Click a subject to view all students who take that subject.
- The list of students will appear below.
- Click a student to load their comment.
Automatic Comment Bank Selection
The generator chooses the correct comment bank automatically when selecting a subject.
Selecting Students
- Their name appears automatically.
- They highlight green.
- The comment output updates instantly.
Comment Blocks
- Select positive and improvement statements.
Editing & Resetting
- Copy Comment copies the output.
Output
Automatically inserts names, pronouns, and subject.
